Ghost touch on low cell reception??

I've purchased a new iphone 6 recently and have been experiencing problems with touch whenever I have bad cell reception! The phone works normally in outdoors or even indoors where reception and data speeds are good. But when I go to my room where cell reception is bad the screen behaves like 'ghost touch'; screen picks up touches on its own! Anyone has similar issue before or is there a solution?

Thanks!

Hi there, Sanket.V.
It appears that your iPhone 6 has some issues when your cellular reception is low. Your phone responds to non-touches on its own and I'll be happy to help you with this.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Once your phone returns to the Home screen, test the issue.
If the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn‘t respond to touch -- Since your screen is responding inconsistently, follow the steps provided in this article.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities and have a great day!

Thanks for getting back to us with that information, Sanket.V. We can understand your concern. We have a question and another process for you to use.
What happens with the screen if you turn off your cellular network?
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- Please be certain you have a fresh backup of your device to keep your personal information safe.
Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to factory settings -- This process will completely wipe the iPhone to allow a fresh copy of the iOS software to be installed. The first time through, select "Set up as a new iPhone". Feel free to sign into iTunes & App Store and iCloud. Sync some of your personal items to your iPhone again and test while you're experiencing low reception.

Let us know how that goes and take care!

Okay, I did turning off my network by going into airplane mode just like you suggested and surprisingly the ghost touch just stopped. I tried turning off and on the screen after turning off network but ghost touches didn't appear. So I now wondered if turning It on can somehow reproduce the effect and to my expectations ghost touches did appear again as soon as I turned on my network. I tried this when I had low reception (just one and sometimes barely 2 points on network connection display on my screen).

I get it now. Whenever I am on low receptive area this happens. When I get best connectivity the phone has never shown problems with touches and even feels a bit snappy!

I'll try resetting the phone and then back up with my iCloud account and see if that works as you suggested or not.

Thanks Starr.C for the response!

I restored my iPhone through iTunes last night. The ghost touches didn't appear in the first few hours when I went to a low cellular reception area but it has now. The issue isn't persistent like it used to but it slowly picking up when I shift from airplane mode to cellular mode on. Any ideas on what to do next or will next iOS update solve it?
