Need help email locked

My email is locked for security reasons and then ask for the password after I enter wrong and then have to choose two options are reset email or secret question. I use a secret question, my answer does not true. then I use a password reset, I wait for the email did not go. after I try spam, email me also problematic (locked too). My email is still logged in on my iphone. please help so email can be opened back or working. thanks

Don't post images that contain your email address (unless you like spam emails), these are user-to-user public forums - I've asked the hosts to remove it.

if you can't re-enable the account yourself (If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support), and/or reset the account's security questions (If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions) then contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can re-enable and reset for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
