How do I stop sos notifications on Apple Watch?

how do I stop these notifications? It says this:

After the call ends, your Apple Watch sends your SOS contacts a text message with your current location, unless you choose to cancel. If Location Services is off, it will temporarily turn on.

but there is no such option that I can find.

Hi

After your Apple Watch has been used to contact the emergency services via the SOS feature, it is normal - unless you choose to cancel - for your watch to send text messages to your SOS contacts for a period of time afterwards, advising them of your current location.

If your location changes, your contacts will be sent an update and you will receive a notification about 10 minutes later.

To stop the updates from being sent, select Stop Sharing in the notification that you receive. If you keep sharing, you will receive a reminder to stop every 4 hours for 24 hours.

Actually, this is not helpful at all! First, there is no option to "select Stop Sharing" in any notification. Second, it makes no sense that the app will send the message every 4 hours for up to 24 hours with no way to shut it off with in the app. I can understand the idea behind the function but there needs to be a better explaination of how to stop this action.

Thank you
