Apple ID sign on from Hong Kong?

Happens to both me and my wife last few days, and had an App purchase vis iTunes. It keeps asking us to change our password, over and over. Even when I try to sign on from my home iMac, it says that it is coming from Hong Kong??

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10)
