There are no regional differences in hardware for Apple Watch and the software can be configured for different countries.

If one is included with your chosen model, the supplied USB Power Adapter will have pins localised to the US.

However, the watch can be charged in the UK using an Apple USB Power Adapter for iPhone or iPad, using a travel adapter, by charging via USB or by purchasing a UK power adapter as a separate accessory:
