my I watch called emergency no 911 while i was doing mountain climbers

I had my watch on fitness mode was working out with my trainer had workout gloves on was embarassing

don't know how to prevent this happened twice

i was able to cancel once

Hi

The SOS feature on Apple Watch can be used to automatically call the emergency services by pressing and holding down the side button.

To turn off the "hold to auto call" function:

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Emergency SOS - turn off Hold to Auto Call.
