my I watch called emergency no 911 while i was doing mountain climbers
I had my watch on fitness mode was working out with my trainer had workout gloves on was embarassing
don't know how to prevent this happened twice
i was able to cancel once

To turn off the "hold to auto call" function:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Emergency SOS - turn off Hold to Auto Call.
