As far as I know, there is no way to add a bookmark to the Toolbar (the bar where your Home button is).

That is what the Favorites bar is for.

If you are using Safari and want to add either or both to the Safari Favorites bar, do the following:

If the Favorites bar isn't displayed, first use the View menu > Show Favorites Bar.

Then navigate to the site (e.g., https://www.iheart.com/ ), click in the address bar and then drag the icon at the left of the address to the Favorites bar. (another method is to navigate to the site then use the Bookmarks menu > Add Bookmark and select Favorites as the location.

You cannot do it in Customize Toolbar.

The Toolbar is the top bar in your screenshot and you can customize it via Customize Toolbar (but you cannot add bookmarks to it).

The Favorites Bar is the bottom bar in your screenshot. You can add items to it as I described previously. You can edit items already there (for example you may want to shorten the names of some of the things you have there to make more room) by right-clicking (control click). Another method to edit the existing items in the Favorites bar is to use the Bookmarks menu > Edit Bookmarks.

Sorry. Best I can suggest is that you can make more use of the Favorites bar by shortening the names there. You can also rearrange it via Bookmarks menu > Edit Bookmarks and then go to the Favorites section there and drag the ones you use most to the top of the list (so they will display nearer to the left of the Favorites bar).
