Bought a new Magic Mouse 2 for my Early 2015 macbook pro that is running Yosemite. Installed just fine but will not scroll. Actually none of the gestures work, I can move it around and click all day, but no gestures.

Have you checked the settings in Mouse preferences? Also, check the charge level for the mouse's battery. Maybe it requires charging before working correctly. Did you pair it correctly with the computer? Finally, see

I have tried reinstalling the mouse, etc. I am not getting any options for scrolling or gestures like is present for the trackpad.
Might be defective. Do you have another computer on which to try it?
