Find the right power adapter and cord for your Mac notebook - https://support.apple.com/HT201700 - "Power adapters for Apple notebooks are available in 29W, 45W, 60W, and 85W varieties. You should use the appropriate wattage power adapter for your Apple notebook. You can use a compatible higher wattage adapter without issue, but it won't make your computer charge faster or operate differently. Lower wattage adapters will not provide enough power."

No. 5 Volts is an iPhone Voltage level. That charger only puts out about 15 Volt-Amps at too low a Voltage to be useful for a MacBook.

MacBook Pro 15-inch needs about 16.5 to 20 Volts DC at about 5 Amps for in the neighborhood of 90 Volt-Amps. A proper charger for a MacBook has a much larger capacity and a much higher Voltage. (For broad general discussions, Volt-Amps are approximately the same as Watts.)
