SIM card

i had an iPhone 4s and tried to charge the battery on the works Apple computer,the phone asked me if the computer was safe but I'm not tech savi so I clicked "no" the phone was then activation locked to an account that I had on the phone before the one I was using.the first account was mine but I'd forgot the security answers so I made a new one. After getting know where with Apple the phone is now in a million bits and I'm buying an iPhone 5s. Question- if I put the SIM from the iphone 4s into the new iPhone 5s will I still be locked ?
