Why do you feel it's necessary to use a VPN in the first place? There is very little point in doing so. A VPN is designed to connect a client to a secure private network. Using a service like the one you name does not do that. It gives you a secure connection to the VPN providers network, but traffic has to leave that network and travel over public networks to reach the destination. Any security you might gain between your machine and the providers network is promptly lost when the traffic exits their network to get wherever it's destined for.

Using VPNs to access regionally restricted content, let's say a streaming video service in the US... from a country where it is normally not available, is both a violation of the EULA and TOS for the service you're trying to access as well as a violation of international copyright law.

Use common sense when you're connecting to public WiFi hotspots. Don't connect to unknown networks. And don't waste time or money on "VPN" services that provide little to no security and expose ALL of your traffic to whoever is running the VPN.

Specifically referencing the service you name, there is no way in Hades I would trust a company with ALL of my internet traffic that doesn't even bother to list things like a business address or contact phone number anywhere on their web site, nor would I trust a company with such horrendous attention to detail that seemingly every 5th word in their terms of service is misspelled, never mind the grammar that would give any teacher of 2nd grade English a stroke.
