TITLES WILL NOT LOAD IN FINAL CUT PRO X

Please HELP! I've been having this problem for a week now. Whenever i try to load a title into the time line (no matter the project) it will not stop loading/rendering. and underneath where it says rendering it says "Loading Motion Content". I've tried everything, Trashing prefs and others!

It may be a problem with the library or project.

Create a new project in the same library and try adding a title.

If that works, go to the problem project, select all, copy, and paste into the new one.
