In iMessage the #image isn't loading

Question

In iMessage the #image isn't loading

When I try to find an #image it's just not loading ???

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.2.1

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand from your post that when you try to find an #image it just shows loading. I recommend removing the #images app and then adding it back again. To remove the #images app follow the steps below:

Open Messages, tap , and enter a contact or tap on an existing conversation.
Tap , then tap .
Tap in the lower-left corner, then press and hold your finger to the #images app.
Tap the x in the upper right corner of the #images app, then press the home button.
Tap , then Manage and slide the switch for #images to on.

Test it and let us know.

I tried using #images in iMessages. Unfortunately, all it does is just keep loading. I tried removing the #images app and reloading it. It still didn't work. Pls tell me what to do.
