Two factor authentication setup - missing 95 (Myanmar/Burma) country code

Whiles setting up two factor authentication at iCloud->Security, it asks to key in phone number. But, at country code selector, there is no +95 which is for Myanmar (formerly known as Burma). So that I can't set up with local number in Myanmar. Any idea?

MacBook Air, macOS Sierra (10.12.3)

Take another pass at it and double check, just like everything else on our devices- if you take your time and do it right everything works right. If you can't find it, contact apple support {https://support.apple.com}and ask if you can use a close proximity are close with (95) and technically it should work.
