permanently delete apps from iPhone 5s

How do you permanently delete apps from the iPhone 5s? When I press the Home button, and all the apps start to wiggle, if I click the x on the corner of an app, I get rid of the app, but it is still in iTunes.

I want to delete app from phone AND iTunes.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand from your post that you would like to delete apps from both your iPhone and iTunes. When you make a purchase that app is attached to the Apple ID that was signed into the iTunes and App Store. Apps cannot be deleted from your Apple ID purchase history but you can hide the purchases using the steps from the article below:
