iPhone 5s Suddenly "unable to activate Touch ID"

Hi all,

I have been using my iPhone 5s so well and it worked perfectly for like yesterday. I went on a trip and the battery drained. so After 4 days i turned on the the iPhone, Then it booted up and the following message came "Unable to activate Touch ID on this iPhone" . All the fingerprints are removed in the settings as well and it just fails when i try to enable touch id from settings.

please give me a solution to this. any one faced this?

Thanks 🙂

Hi

Go to Support.apple.com They will test your touch I'd over your wifi

You may need to return iPhone for repair.

If you have another phone use SIMCARD in that one

Mine took 4 days for repair.

Cheers

Brian
