how long does it take to unlock my iphone so i can get my music back

Did you forget the passcode? If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
Or did you forget your Apple ID and/or password?

Otherwise you will likely get an answer when you talk directly to Apple. At 10 AM MST on 2/16..... Which was 2 days ago......
