I get errror 52 when I try to update my ipad 2

When I try to update or restore to factory settings I get the error message 52. This happens with my model MD525KN/A, iPad 4. I get the same message when trying to restore it from a MAC computer.
I have no problems updating my other iPad (air 2) and iPhones.
Do you use windows computer? If yes have a look at this srticle: If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
Error 52 means device is not recognised by Windows.
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately errror 52 is not mentioned in the Apple support site.
Can you please specify your iPad model?
The model is MD525KN/A, iPad 4
I use Lenovo Thinkpad, Windows 10. I have no problems with my iPad Air 2 and iPhones.
My Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is up to date and working properly.
Would you please specify the issue please? You have no issues with iPad??
