Impossible to add SWISS boarding pass to wallet

For some reason, I cannot add SWISS boarding passes to my wallet anymore. Worked fine in the past, now when load the pass from mail and press 'add', the pass just slides down and does not appear in the wallet. Works for every airline except for SWISS. Help?

The cure: Send boarding pass to email. Open it from there. Go to the bottom of the page, click on "online version". On the web page, go to the bottom of the page and click on the "Add to Apple Wallet" button. Should work!

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities about adding your boarding pass to Wallet. I would like to recommend the troubleshooting provided in these two articles:


1. Get help with Wallet on your iPhone or iPod touch

2. Use Wallet on your iPhone or iPod touch


Both articles have some great troubleshooting to try for your issues. If you have gone through all the steps in both articles and still have issues, and since it seems to work for any other pass you attempt except the SWISS passes, please contact the merchant to ensure they still support Wallet.
