Caller Cant Hear Me iPhone 7 Plus No Fix???

I have looked up every way to fix this issue to no avail. I cannot even use the speaker format because the caller on the other end cannot understand me. On the phone they are constantly asking "what?" and telling me they cannot hear me, Im told I sound like Im talking into a can??? I have reset network setting, restart, cleaned, done the fix I found on there with the microphones and last Saturday I even waited 3 hours for a drop in appointment at the genius bar for them to run diagnostics and check everything only to be told everything is fine that I need to make sure Im talking directly into the right speaker. They make sure it was clean just in case (it was never dirty) but I understand it is possible for micro small things to affect it. I have owned an Iphone 4, 5, 5s, 6 and 6s. They asked me if this was the first plus that I have owned and when I said yes, I guess thats the reason no one can hear me and I sound like Im talking into a can??? What the ****. I bought a iphone 7 Plus 256 and I want a phone that works. I have never had issues, with apple care I paid over 1000 for it. There is obviously and issue and apple is just not taking care of it. I dont get it. When my 6s had the battery issue that would shut down on its own, they replaced it without apple care. They have always stood behind their products. I have read this problem over and over and after taking it in there is no where else to go. Now what? Please give me a fix. Software or hardware or at least apple acknowledge that you are aware.

No it is still doing the same thing. I will leave it on it for now because I've only talk to one other person. How long has this been an issue with Verizon? I'm just curious if this is something resend or if this is been something long-term with Verizon. I've never had this problem with any of my other iPhones and have been with Verizon since 1997. Actually I take that back I was with airtouch Verizon bought them out in 1999 and I have never change the provider. I just want to fix I don't know what else to do. Two of my sons have an iPhone 7 and they don't have any issues. And has a plus and one has a regular seven

I'm having this issue too. I've had my phone replaced 3 times I'm on phone #4. It happened more with the first couple than this one. But still happens at least every 6ish calls. Lasts the entire phone call.

I've tried with LTE off and I've been reading many other posts. I've seen people from Verizon, AT&T, TMobile, Fido, and some other networks in other countries. All same problem.

All have had previous phones on the same network with the same LTE and don't have that problem. A lot have given up and gone back to 6's or 6S+ ....I would if I had not traded my phone in. And Verizon told me because I got AppleCare replacments from Apple and not them they can't exchange my phone to a different model. They suggested I sell it on EBay and use the cash to buy some other model.

I would prefer Apple just find the fix and admit a problem. Everything else works great. But not the phone.

It has happened on a lot of important calls too... one at the ER vet, a few business calls, medical calls, etc. Kind of frustrating.

**** maybe it's happening every phone call still and my friends are just fed up mentioning it because it happens on every important call.

Im newly bought 7 plus after a year using 6S Plus, having same issue since open it from sealed box. At first suspected related to network connection issue on mobile cartier but on Day no 7 confirmed its not a network issue. Went to authorised dealer complaining but they ask me to channel it at any service center and no one technical support at authorise dealer such of making a sale only. Intend to swab as its from newly bought but cant do so becoz the gave only 24 hours for buyer to verified after sold. What is this, they is so much of application to verify before get to know any issue with new iphone and 24hours exchange basis doesnt make sense. Dilemma now and start to figure out apple is over is my life.
