I'm trying to log into gamecenter it says "Verification Failed. This action could not be completed. Try again." I get this when I type in the correct password. When I type in an incorrect password, I get the shaking login box. Also, it appears to work on other devices.

I've tried rebooting, resetting password, disconnecting and reconnecting to the network. It is specific to a device - other devices are fine. iPad Pro has the issues. iPad Air and iPhone 7s are fine. Unfortunately, I've heard numerous people having this issue but zero answers.
I Am getting same issue as well reset password works on other devices and website just not on IPad. logged off with IPad now I can not even update apps very frustratin.
