And claims to have called emergency services. I haven't done anything to start this. As soon as I move, my emergency contacts gets a message... Tried to click OFF for call automatic from watch, but still the messages was sent. Now I deleted my emergency contacts... How can I fix this?

Hi

After your Apple Watch has been used to contact the emergency services via the SOS feature, it is normal - unless you choose to cancel - for your watch to send text messages to your SOS contacts for a period of time afterwards, advising them of your current location.

If your location changes, your contacts will be sent an update and you will receive a notification about 10 minutes later.

To stop the updates from being sent, select Stop Sharing in the notification that you receive. If you leave sharing enabled, you will receive a reminder to stop every 4 hours for 24 hours.

You likely called emergency services through accidental use of the SOS feature, which calls them automatically when the side button is pressed and held down for an extended period of time.

To turn off the "hold to auto call" function, to prevent this from happening in future:

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Emergency SOS - turn off Hold to Auto Call.
