Blown out speakers on MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014)

My left internal speaker was blown out 2 months back and i had to set the balance to the right to avoid crackling sound coming out of my left speaker but just a few days later right speaker also blown out. I replaced the both the internal speakers however next day both the speakers blown out again. Any idea what's causing this? I frequently visit 123movies website not sure if this has anything to do with my blown speakers.
