Yes the apps are the good solution but it seem That the new ios 10 on the iphone does not permit wifi connections it judges unsafe

After looking at the user guide for this camera, it seems that you simply need the appropriate app installed to use this camera with your iPhone. I found this information on page 121 of the following user guide:
