This is a technical support scammer number and it is no way affiliated by Apple whatsoever and want to steal money and put malware on the Mac. I highly recommend ignoring it and closing out of the tab while you can. So in conclusion. Ignore the number and move on if you can please. I have tested this site out on Bootcamp and it couldn't disable me from removing print like it could on macOS. And last, that error message is a common one used by scammers who just want to bait and trick users of both mac and Windows machines who want to steal money.
