Carplay on IPad Mini

Hi. Why Apple doesn't release the use of Carplay UI on IPad}

It's pretty common to see more and more people using IPad Mini in their cars.

Unfortunately, they need to make a jailbreak to do that. Therefore, I don't understand what is the advantage of that for Apple.
