Videos app missing on new iPhone 7+ - can't play movies

I recently upgraded to a 7+, and had 20 movies sync'd to my old iPhone 6s. After syncing/restoring this profile to my new 7+, I can't find the Videos app ANYWHERE. Tried going to the App Store, but it can't be found. I ended up finding it through a Google search/App Store deep link, but can't get it to download. What's going on? Any ideas? When I plug my 7+ into iTunes, I can see all the video content, but I can't start playing it on my phone.
