How do i turn off predictive emojis in messenger

I don't want the orange highlighted words to appear in my text messages. I have gone to Settings/General/Keyboard and toggled Predictive to OFF. Yet I'm still getting orange text replacement suggestions in my text messages.

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.2.1

Hello,

Currently this is a feature of iOS 10. The orange text should only appear when you select the emoji keyboard.
