My iPad will not stay connected at Panera Bread location in Lady Lake Florida and The Villages Florida location.
The iPad has NO PROBLEM connecting at any other free internat connection in the area.
My iPad uses Safari brower.
The latest update software is iSO 10.2.1
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4
Since you have no problem with other public sites, I would suggest talking to the manager at those sites and let them know about your situation. Ask them to check their system to see if there are any problems. Unless someone says something, they may not know there is an issue. Maybe you can work with them to troubleshoot their network.
