i can pause a workout
but there seems to be no way to stop a workout.
Give me a clue.

To customise the watch face:
Change the watch face on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
To turn off music off entirely for the Nike+ Run Club app:
On your iPhone, in the Nike+ Run Club app: tap on the runner icon > tap on the music button (to the right of the Start button) > select Other / No Music.
Otherwise, "pausing" music playback is the same as stopping it.

Once you have paused the workout (by swiping to the leftmost screen), tap on the stop button (square icon) to end the workout.
