Activation Failed

Im trying to log into iMessages and FaceTime on my MacBook Pro. But every time i go to activate them it asks me for my iCloud information and when I enter it i get activation Failed. This has been since the newest operating system. I can't figure out how to fix this issue. Im running on MacOS Sierra 10.12.3.
