Hi

There is an iSight Camera (rear camera) Replacement Program for iPhone 6 Plus.

Subject to the terms of the program, if the rear camera on your iPhone is producing blurry photos and falls within the eligible serial number range, Apple will replace the iSight camera for you, free of charge.

Follow the instructions here:

https://www.apple.com/support/iphone6plus-isightcamera/

Note that:

  • The terms state that Apple may restrict or limit repair to the original country of purchase.
  • You are not talking to Apple here - this is a user-based technical support community.

dear sir

thanks for the answer

I've actually enter the serial number of the device appeared to me this phrase (The serial number you entered is eligible for this program. Please choose one of the service options below). Meaning that the device is subject to the offer submitted by the company but the maintenance center told me stop this offer, and is currently the company's main halted copies affected withdraw from these devices. This means either the company actually stopped an offer or a means of fraud by the company's head office in Iraq.

We hope to get a direct response by the company or customer contact center in Iraq to inform them not to stop supply to the presence of many cases similar to this case with regard to the lack of clarity of the image in the iPhone 6 plus
