Multiple y-axis in Numbers

Have a look at the Charting Basics template at File > New in your menu.

Though it doesn't look like it column A in the table is defined as a Header Column. That's important for the chart.

Zoom via the Zoom control in the Toolbar. On many machines, pinch gestures also work well.

Click on one of the bars.

In the Format Inspector, choose Series.

Click the center icon in the circled control set shown below.

Numbers has no zoom feature and has a dual axis plot

I suggest you look at DataGraph which is a super great graphing tool.
