Then you do not have a fourth gen iPod Touch.

The highest iOS version an iPod Touch fourth generation can be upgraded/updated to is iOS 6.1.6.

Maybe your iPod Touch is the 5th gen.

Only the 5th gen iPod Touch CAN be upgraded to iOS 9.3.5.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY an iPod 4th generation can be upgraded past iOS 6.1.6.

NONE!

The ONLY iPod Touch model that CAN be upgraded to iOS 10 OR 11 is the current 6th gen iPod Touch!

If you want iOS 10 or 11, you will have to purchase a NEW iPod Touch 6th generation.

The 4th generation iPod Touch can not be upgraded beyond 6.1.6.

I have the 4th generation iPod Touch and the latest that it can be updated to is 9.3.5. 10 is not available.

Could you tell me how you managed to do that?
