I need the download for mavericks apple sent me the update and not the download Please Help

Call your local Apple Store to see if they can install OS X 10.9.5 Mavericks on your computer for you and make an appointment to bring your Mac in for them to upgrade, if they can.

Make sure you have made a backup of all your data and/or your current system before hand.
