Want to upgrade from 8 RAM to 16 RAM MacBook Pro mid 2012

Hi, can any help me in upgrading my macbook Pro ?

I was wondering, would the Crucial 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR3L-1600 1600 MT/S SODIMM Memory for Mac (CT2K8G3S160BM) work with my macbook pro mid 2012?

I'm upgrading from 8GB RAM to 16GB Ram due to the fact that I am running Pro Tools with a lot of Plugins

I really don't know if this will work because in support of apple say this:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, mid 2012)

Number of memory slots 2

Base memory 4 GB

Maximum memory 8 GB

Memory card specifications - Double Data Rate Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module (DDR3) format

- 67.6mm x 30mm (1.18 inch)

- 2 GB or 4 GB

- 204-pin

- PC3-12800 DDR3 1600 MHz type RAM

Tech Specks of my MBP:

MacBookPro 9,2

13-inch, Mid 2012

Memoria 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Gráficos Intel HD Graphics 4000 512 MB

Software OS X 10.8.5 (12F45)

Thanks

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
