Graphics problem MACBOOK cheated in a Premium Reseller shop in Barcelona.

I bought a Mac Book Pro 15" 8Gb RAM, in 2011, and in 2015 I had the problem with graphics (that affects the main part of Mac Books in that year). I repaired my laptop in a premium reseller shop in Barcelona. The costs were supported by Apple, I saw the real cost then and it was 666,07 euros. The problem seemed to be fixed.

One week ago, while I was trying to start my laptop, old problems appear with graphics (pixelated screen, computer doesn't start... etc). I went to the same premium reseller shop and I left there the computer. Then, they send me an e-mail with a budget, the price was exactly 666,07 euros and the same repairation, so I phoned them, I asked them if my laptop was on extended warranty, but they told me that, that ends on december last year, they recomended not waste my money in my laptop because the warranty of the new repairation will be just for 5 months!!. THEN I ASKED THE TECNICIAN ON THE PHONE IF THE GRAPHIC BOARD THEY REPLACED IN 2015 COULD HAVE ALSO THE SAME PROBLEM THAN THE ORIGINAL, AND HE TOLD ME THAT IT MUST BE THAT (I've got the conversation recorded).

I think that it's not proper from a Premium reseller shop, they cheated me replacing the old designed graphicboard with other that has the same problem. (the problem, as you know was that the weldings cannot support the heater of the computer, and it melts). I don't know if this was only bad manners of the shop or even worse, a new policy of the company. REPLACING BAD COMPONENTS, EXPECTING THEIR DEAD 1 MONTH AFTER THE WARRANTY ENDS IS NOT FAIR.

My old Powerbook is still working!! i chenged it for a new one just because the OS obsolescence!

The shop is following Apple's policy and getting parts from them. Apple states (somewhere, I don't remember where, but I know I've read it) that it may use new parts or "refurbished"/tested parts from other Macs. Fair or not, that's what they can do.

Ok, so for you, I have to contact with Apple Care, after paying 20 euros for a qüestion (because my problem is out of order for them) and not disturb users in this community...

My claim is not to "win nothing" or ask for something that I don't deserve to the company, is an ADVICE to those who had the same problem:
In Barcelona there are Premium Resellers that are kicking forward the apple Replacement Problems, asambling old pieces instead new ones.

Please, almost consider that information can be unuseful for you, but not for many others. Tanks.

I should have posted 'I can't help' instead of 'we can't help' to avoid the idea I speak on behalf of the community. It was not my intention to do that.

As a user, I believe I can't judge whether a reseller is not following the rules. I personally believe you don't disturb the community with your question and any information is useful.

I apologise for the confusion I have caused with my post.

If your argument is true, my complaint is justified, then. Apple made good products as they said, and they are proud of their replacement programs also, but in this time I can see what they are doing. Is not a repair, is just to take out all the stock of their damaged pieces until the user finish the warranty... really bad manners. Very disappointed if it's like you say.
