How to make the magic mouse zoom back to the actual size

I'm using a MacBook Air with a magic mouse. When in Safari it zooms in without my wanting it to do so. The answers I read say to double tap at the front of the mouse with two fingers to make it return to the actual size. When I double tap it takes me to Mission control. It doesn't return the page to the actual size. Is there a way to touch the mouse to make the webpage zoom back to the actual size?

That doesn't answer my question. the question is, "Is there a way to make the webpage zoom back out to the actual size using the mouse?" It zooms in without me wanting it to, then I can't figure out how to make in zoom out? I really don't even know what makes it zoom in.

That's another question, "What makes it zoom in?"
