Getting added to random group chat?
I got a text message from someone I do not know at all. It has 6 numbers in the group including mine. I don't know what to do since these are random people I possibly don't know.

You can't just magically be added to a group chat of people you don't know. Someone included your number/Apple ID in the group message. It's entirely possible that they entered a wrong number or incorrect Apple ID accidentally. Just respond back and ask them to remove you. In the mean-time, you can set the conversation on DND or block the participants if you like.
