Missing app icons

I deleted Uber because I was sick of it. Then I needed it in a situation and went to the App Store to download it again. Apparently I still have it because it opens. But there's no trace of it in my. app windows. Can I get the icon back?

I see that you're unable to find the icon for the Uber app on your iPhone, and I'm happy to help. You can try resetting your Home screen layout to help locate the icon for Uber. This can be done by going to Settings > General > Reset, then select "Reset Home Screen Layout":
