Apple ID doesn't wanna work but it's registered,it says Apple ID not used yet on apple iTunes i must review but still doesn't want to go thru

Once when you set up a new account iTunes, you do have to hit the review button and confirm payment information address etc. If you were trying to hit the review button and getting an error, try connecting to Wi-Fi and try again
