If you have not yet done so, it may help to update the MyFitnessPal, iOS and watchOS to the latest software versions.

Then follow exactly the same steps in my previous reply, including contacting the app developer for assistance if necessary.
The only thing that has worked for me is uninstalling my fitness pal. Then reinstall it and go to the Health app and enable all the categories and then go to sources and turn all categories to on then close both apps and reopen my fitness pal and it should start syncing again.
All of my settings are turned on, for MyFitnessPal as a source for the Health app, yet I keep getting the screen above every day or two when I start up the MyFitnessPal app. I check everything each time and it's all still turned on and looks right. smh
This method didn‘t help me. I tried this several times. Restore my phone without backup, with backup, check all markets are on in health/data. in mfp, i see only the steps from my iphone. no calories, proteins,....
I had a lot of data in my health account like protein, carbs, fat, etc... but the data are not read from mfp or shown in myfitnesspal app.
Very frustrated!

Thanks! Everything is up to date and I already submitted a ticket to myfitness pal. The frustrating thing is it worked on Saturday and there were no updates since then, so I'm not sure what broke.
Mine is doing the same thing. I just noticed my workouts and steps aren't interfacing. Let me know if you find a solution. I've done all the reinstalls too.

I had the same problem and double checked every setting six times. Finally deleted the app off of my phone and reinstalled it from the app store. Then everything worked fine!
