Sky Cloud Wifi

I have an iPhone 6 running OS 10.2.1 - it's a new handset (replaced my damaged iPhone 6 under warranty). Posting here to see if anyone has experienced this issue / knows how to fix it.

With my old handset, I would use the Sky Cloud Wifi service. You can have up to five or six devices linked to one account. I had my iPad and iPhone. When I got my new handset, I've realised that I can no longer connect to the Cloud hotspots when I'm out and about. My phone finds the hotspot and I can select it, and the wifi symbol shows on my phone screen as though it's connected, but I never get the page on Safari where I have to accept the Cloud T&C in order to continue, so the service doesn't operate.

If I log on to my Cloud account, it only shows that I have one device registered - my iPad. There is no option to add another device from my account.

I've contacted Sky Cloud support about this three times now and just get answers like "it automatically registers a new device when you log on" (it clearly isn't automatically registering mine!).

Anyone have any ideas?
