Itunes sync button greyed and shows yellow bar

Hello, I'm using iPhone 6S (iOS 10.3 beta) and iTunes 12.5.5 (Windows 7).

I'm having a probelm on my iTunes...

Sync button is greyed out and all data are classified to yellow 'Others' bar.

(sorry for the language, but the problem is well-shown. )

I tried this:

- Reboot PC

- Reinstall iTunes

- Reboot iPhone

- Re-authorize (resetting Lockdown folder)

- Restore iPhone

I was using iCloud backup and iCloud photo stream...

but I lose all my music and cannot sync my iPhone with my PC.

very desperate, need help.

Since you are on a Beta version - 10.3, I would suggest, if possible, you contact the folks administering the Beta program.

Since this version of iOS incorporates a new filesystem type/structure, I would have questions as to how this version of iTunes can deal with it. And, since this version of iTunes exists primarily to support iOS 10.2 and its underlying structures, I'm guessing that there is an associated version (Beta) that would support iOS 10.3 and its underlying structures.

Perhaps there are others on this forum that are running iOS 10.3 and they might have insight as to what you are seeing.
