Android launcher warning

This afternoon while in an app I've had for a few months, I got a pop-up notification (image below). I have never had or used an Android device; I haven't even downloaded any new apps recently. The app I was using had been recently updated, but this popped up 5 minutes or so after I had opened the app. What does this mean? Is my iPhone going to lock, or is this some sort of scam/phishing strategy? Do I possibly have some sort of virus on my phone? When I googled the website, almost everything that came up was in a language other than English. Please help!
