User NX suddenly appeared in users&groups

MacBook Pro8,3 (17", 2011), Sierra 10.12.3

A user NX has suddenly appeared in the users&groups system settings after I accessed the control panel with my admin user account.

I deleted the user immediately.

I have no NX client or server installed.

Nobody else has access to my MacBook Pro.

How could that happen?
