Apple will not respond to my support requests!?
6 days ago i emailed apple. they did not respond, so after 3 days, it was over the "we'll get back to you within 48 hours" period, that was 3 days ago, so again, passed that. I am currently almost 30 minutes into waiting for an online chat, after a promised 10 minutes. i dont understand, are they THAT busy? they cant respond to an email within almost 168 hours gone by? anyone know what is up? also, sorry if this is in the wrong category, there seems to be no options related to my problem.
