Apple will not respond to my support requests!?

6 days ago i emailed apple. they did not respond, so after 3 days, it was over the "we'll get back to you within 48 hours" period, that was 3 days ago, so again, passed that. I am currently almost 30 minutes into waiting for an online chat, after a promised 10 minutes. i dont understand, are they THAT busy? they cant respond to an email within almost 168 hours gone by? anyone know what is up? also, sorry if this is in the wrong category, there seems to be no options related to my problem.

Something confusing here. Apple does not provide support via email at all. They provide it via chat (not always available), by calling or requesting a callback, and by visiting a genius bar. Use the Contact Support at the top of this page, or iPhone Service Answer Center - Apple Support

As Gus replied. We are only community, not Apple workers. 🙂 Best what you can do, is wait till one of Apple personell will respond. They will respond, but maybe they hae now many things to do. Don't be affraid. They noticed your email and they will answer you soon as it is possible. They care about your problems and they will slove it as soon as possible.
