The iPhone 7 is dust and water resistant, kind of ironic that there's dust behind the camera glass.

Try taking many pictures in the dark, in sunlight, with the flash and without and review your photos. If you see something that is out of the ordinary, then it would be the dust speck contributing to the phtos. I would go back with the proof to the seller for repairs/replacement etc.

I can see the dust spec. Does it show up in pictures that you've taken?
