iPhone input Voltage and Amperage

I have an iPhone 4s. And I recently bought an ASUS ZenPower 10050mah Power Bank. The output voltage of the power bank is 5v/2.4 A. Some of my friends suggested that it could harm my iPhone since iPhone battery capacity is lower as 1430mah, and it supports only 5v/1A. is it true? is the same applicable for iphhone 5s also?

Hi

When using electronic accessories with your iPhone, Apple advises ensuring that they are either genuine Apple products or that they have been certified as Made for iPhone under the MFi program.

Certified items come with the "Made for iPhone" logo on them and/or on their packaging.
