Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. If you have concerns about the storage space on your iCloud account, you may want to double check both the available and total space listed, as outlined in this article:
If iCloud is showing 1gb total storage at that point, you may also want to try logging out of iCloud, then logging back in and checking the listed storage again.
